b. Fairy mother: mother who’s spoiling her children with excess.

a. Affectionate term which one is used to nominate a familiar person who’s playing a little the role as a mother or a grandmother. An elegant lady. Stout woman without distinction.
b.Interjection expressing fear, pain, distress by the child or the adult, without necessarily reference to their own mother.
With a national and also private character the Mother's Day is a celebration in honour of the maternal function and of the mothers who’s embody this. Fixed at last Sunday of May (month of Virgin Mary), giving place in private to family festivities and giving to the nation the opportunity to honour mothers who are particularly worthy (by awarding of distinction). In the same spirit: Father's Day (in France celebrated in June).
